Production Manager (Finishing)

Responsible for managing salaried supervisors to direct the hourly workforce. Completes the production schedule within all manufacturing parameters. Implements and enforces continuous improvement processes in the manufacturing environment under supervision. Enforces full and continuous compliance with all environmental, health and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess a BS in Engineering or a related technical field, 10 years of production management experience and a solid track record of successful shop floor leadership/change management. A working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or other advanced organizational work methodologies is a plus. We are looking for an innovative and dedicated person to join our team.
